H — Hear Yourself
Give yourself permission to hear what your mind, emotions, body, and spirit have been trying to tell you.

E — Examine What You’re Carrying
Take an intentional moment to identify the thoughts, emotions, responsibilities, experiences, and pressures that may be weighing on you.

R — Refill What Has Been Depleted  Begin intentionally pouring back into the places within you that life, relationships, responsibilities, and circumstances may have depleted.

About H.E.R. Intermission

H.E.R. Intermission is a free monthly online support circle for women focused on wellness, connection, and creating intentional space to decompress. Sometimes you simply need a safe space to Speak "It" out loud so you can begin releasing what you have been carrying within. For this moment, you do not have to show up as the mother, wife, employee, caregiver, leader, fixer, strong friend, or the person everyone depends on.

You are invited to simply show up as You.
